You may feel that your work-at-home arrangement is working just fine, but what about your manager and coworkers? You’ll need their support to make a successful transition to teleworking.
Poll them early and often to find out what they think about the arrangement. Can they reach you easily? Are your
communications clear? Are you keeping up with your work? You don’t want to be surprised by negative feedback at the end of your trial period (or at your annual review). And you won’t be able to work on problem areas if you don’t know what they are.
